TiltMAX
is a unique and easy to use software for designing and analyzing tilt-up
panels. It provides a
powerful tool to obtain safe and economical design for panel lifting.
TiltMAX has
the following main features:
- Fits comfortably
into today's tilt-up lifting design process. TiltMAX was developed and
tested by a group of tilt-up engineers co-operating with high level
researchers in apply mathematics. It was designed to meet all requirements,
which come from many projects. The software's intuitive graphical user
interface will have the users up and running in no time. Panel lifting
design is just a button–click away;
- Fast and effective
optimization function has completely relieved users painful trial and
error effort. Just click a button, users can get the best insert locations
with the lowest Maximum Bending Moment/Stress during a whole
panel lifting sequence;
- With graphic outputs
of the loading diagram and bending moment diagram, not only can a better
design be obtained, but also more insight into the design behavior can
be gained;
- For irregular panels,
TiltMAX can automatically prepare analyze data and transfer it to the
most powerful commercial finite element analyze software-ANSYS. Users
can get the most accurate details of panel stress as shown in tutorial2
and analysis results.
From user's view, the FEA is totally straightforward -- do not need
to know how to use FEA. What you need to do is just a button-click away,
as other part of TiltMAX.
The Company
TiltMAX is
developed and marketed by SCL (Scientific Computing Languages) Consultants,
located in Sydney, Australia. The company specializes in software research
and development in the area of Structural Engineering. Some other consulting
services are available, such as: static and dynamic analysis and the design
of different types of structural and mechanical systems, technical software
development.
